Flood in Master Bedroom Taken Care of
SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was called to a home that had been experiencing flooding in the master bedroom. Upon arriving, our crews located that the source of the flooding was from a faulty pipe actually located in the homes bathroom. The water had spewed out of the pipes, leaking through the wall and settling in the carpet. To fix the problem, our professionals were dealt with the task of removing the home's carpet. Since the water had gone pretty much everywhere, we first had to work with the homeowner and determine which possessions could be kept and which could be thrown away. After completing this step, we then removed the carpet, disposed of it and placed drying equipment around the room to ensure that mold growth would not be an issue. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and he was thrilled with the results.
