Basement in Auburn, MA Remediated!

SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was recently called to a basement flood in Auburn, MA. The recent rainstorm in the area caused water to seep into the basement and lay under the hardwood floors. Upon receiving the call, our project manager arrived on-site to confirm the necessary tools and equipment required to make the situation “Like it never even happened.” After the scope had been performed, our crew arrived ready to work. Both the flooring and the insulation needed to be removed. Of course, our team took the time out to inform the homeowner of what had happened and took them through a step-by-step process of remediation. Working with our customers and keeping them informed along each step of the way is what we pride ourselves on. The result was a happy customer and a usable basement!
