The other day, SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was called to solve a water problem in the basement of a Worcester home. The homeowner was complaining about the rug being wet and wanted us to try and find out whether or not we could locate the source. In order to locate the source, our professionals went around the whole basement measuring the amount of moisture that was present in each and every location. After doing so for a few minutes, our crew pinpointed where it was, and removed the bottom two feet of the wall. In doing so, they then fixed the issue regarding the leaking pipe and the customer was very placed with the outcome.
