Mold Detected Under Wood Flooring

SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was recently dispatched to a home in Charlton to address a musty smell that was circulating out of the home's floor. The home had recently been treated for a water damage by an unknown contractor several weeks prior to our arrival. However, the prospect of there being a mold damage underneath the home's flooring was never even mentioned. Our crews went into the home after it was confirmed by an outside vendor that mold was in fact present. Within two days, the entire flooring was removed and the mold was remediated. The homeowner was very pleased with our job and we can rest easy knowing the home's damage was, "Like it never even happened."
