Commercial Water Damage in Auburn Apartment Building

SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was recently called to an apartment complex in Auburn that had suffered extensive damage in a number of units due to the melting of an ice dam. Notice the extent of the water damage; the water was about three inches deep throughout the entire unit! Our crews went in, removed the soaked carpet and replaced it with a new one. Then, to ensure that all of the water was out of the unit, air movers were strategically placed to displace any leftover moisture. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and he was thrilled with the final result!
