The 50th Anniversary of astronaut Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin will be July 20th, this month. 50 years ago, the Apollo mission became a critical success story and triumph for the United States and the world. People were glued to their television screens as astronauts were risking their lives to go on unknown territory. Before he died, President John F. Kennedy. The Moon landing was orchestrated by NASA's Apollo Space Program. The landed on the moon in 1968, but 6 months later they made their first steps. "One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind."
At SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County, we strive to reach new heights and set new goals. We didn't walk on the moon but we admire the determination and courage it took to do so.
