Preparing your commercial N. Brookfield space for your staff

As of today (June 1st, 2020) offices in Boston can reopen at 25% (employee) capacity according to CBS Boston. Office spaces in Massachusetts (other than Boston) were permitted to open on May 25th. According to the Sector Specific Workplace Specific Safety standards for Office Spaces (as of May 18th, 2020)
- Businesses & other organizations shall limit occupancy within their office space to no more than
- 25% of the maximum occupancy level specified in any certificate of occupancy or similar permit or typical occupancy as of March 1st, 2020
- Businesses and other organizations may exceed the max occupancy level based on a need for relief based on public health or safety considerations.
As a business owner, it is important that you ensure proper social distancing between your staff. (6 feet apart) Except in situations where this would create safety hazards.
There should be proper access to handwashing stations throughout the building. This includes soap, water, and/or sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol. There should also be stations with cleaning/ sanitizing products easily accessible to staff.
