Summer Season Puff backs | Brookfield, MA
7/29/2021 (Permalink)
While your furnace or boiler may not be on during the summer season, it is still working. As it will still heat your water, there are still chances of a puff back.
What is a Puffback?
A puff back is typically caused by the two electrodes that usually ignite the furnace or boiler. During the ignition process, the oil will form at the bottom of the chamber, and the next time it ignites, it will cause a puff back, sending smoke and soot throughout your property.
If you experience a puff back or smoke and soot damage has caused damage to your property, call SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County and we will be ready to help restore "Like it Never Even Happened."
